Alternatively, you can also set up your Amazon Echo with other streaming services, such as Apple Music and iHeartRadio. By setting a service as the default for the device, Alexa will automatically switch between the two. Once you’ve done this, you can also choose an artist or genre for your music to play. While YouTube isn’t directly compatible with the Amazon Echo, it does work via Bluetooth. If you use the Alexa on your phone, it will play the music from your phone.
