You can also upgrade to a higher plan or add extra disk space from inside your Flixify Hosting client account. The disk space available will be determined by the size of your web pages and the number of files you want to store on the server.
Your hosting plan will automatically renew for another year unless you let us know that you do not want to renew in writing at least three days before the renewal date. We will send you a notice to this effect by email. If you do not pay within 7 days of the notification a $5 fee will be added to your bill.
Our servers are constantly monitored for any issues or possible problems, and if any occur we will immediately fix them. We will also take care of any problems resulting from a bandwidth overage in your account.
We have a strict policy against spamming, and will terminate your account or block you from our network if you are found to be sending out e-mail that violates our policies. If you have any questions about this policy please contact our support staff.
If you are using a third party application or service to access the Flixify Hosting server, you should make sure that they have set up appropriate permissions for the content they are trying to display on the Flixify Hosting server. Failure to do so could result in your account being suspended or canceled, and possibly legal action.
You are responsible for the use of your account and you must comply with all laws regarding the use of the internet, including those governing spamming. Any attempt to’spam’, ‘hack’ or’scare’ other users into releasing their passwords or security holes will be met with disciplinary action.
